We also offer seasonal vegetable starts, herbs, and beautiful blooming annuals to complement your garden. Our knowledgeable staff can help you choose the right plants for your garden and landscape needs.

What are native plants and why are they so important?

Native plants are species that naturally occur in a specific region. They are important because they support local wildlife, require less water and maintenance, and help maintain the ecological balance of the area.

Do you use pesticides or hebicides?

At our nursery, we believe healthy ecosystems grow healthier plants, so we rely on natural, chemical-free practices. This includes using compost, mulches, beneficial insects, and proper spacing to prevent disease and pest problems before they start. Ocassionally, we do use OMRI-certified products to help control pest outbreaks.

Do you deliver or ship plants?

Right now, we offer local pickup only—either at our nursery in Sumter, SC or at the Kershaw County Farmers Market in Camden, SC. For bulk orders or landscaping projects, we may be able to arrange local delivery within a certain radius. Just contact us to talk through your needs, and we’ll see how we can help.

Do you accept special orders or pre-orders?

Yes, we do! If you’re looking for something specific, just let us know—we’re happy to help you find the perfect plants or place a special order whenever possible. We also offer pre-orders for seasonal crops and native perennials. Watch our social media for updates or message us to reserve yours.

Do you offer garden or landscape consultations?

Yes, we do! Whether you’re starting a new garden, replacing turf with native plants, or looking to attract pollinators and wildlife, we’re happy to help you plan a space that thrives. To schedule a visit or ask questions, just get in touch with us!

Can I return my pots to you?

Yes, absolutely—but please only return the pots you received when purchasing our plants. We try to keep our pot sizes consistent, so we’re only able to reuse the ones we originally provided. Thanks for helping us reduce waste!
