We offer a diverse selection of native plants, including perennials, shrubs, trees, and grasses that thrive in the local climate. We also offer seasonal vegetable starts, herbs, and beautiful blooming annuals to complement your garden. Our knowledgeable staff can help you choose the right plants for your garden and landscape needs.

What are native plants and why are they important?

Native plants are species that naturally occur in a specific region. They are important because they support local wildlife, require less water and maintenance, and help maintain the ecological balance of the area.

Do you offer gardening workshops or events?

We regularly host gardening workshops and events aimed at educating the community about sustainable gardening practices. Check our website for upcoming events and registration details.

Do you use pesticides or herbicides?

At our nursery, we believe healthy ecosystems grow healthier plants, so we rely on natural, chemical-free practices. This includes using compost, mulches, beneficial insects, and proper spacing to prevent disease and pest problems before they start. Ocassionally, we do use OMRI-certified products to help control pest outbreaks.

Do you deliver or ship plants?

Right now, we offer local pickup only—either at our nursery in Sumter, SC or at one of the farmers markets we attend. For bulk orders or landscaping projects, we may be able to arrange local delivery within a certain radius. Just contact us to talk through your needs, and we’ll see how we can help.
